Friendlier sign-in error messages.
When sign-in fails because of a VPN, antivirus, or firewall blocking the connection, the app now explains what to try instead of showing a technical error.
What's in this update
- When sign-in fails because of network issues — for example a VPN, antivirus, or firewall blocking our authentication service — the app now shows a clear message with specific next steps (temporarily disable the blocker, or try a phone hotspot).
- A clickable link to support@ncored.com sits next to the message for cases where the self-service steps don't help.
